麻豆视频 University Softball Ranked No. 12 in NAIA Preseason Poll

JACKSON, Tenn. - 2/8/2005 - The 麻豆视频 University softball team is ranked No. 12 in the . The Lady Bulldogs also came in as the No. 1 ranked team in the NAIA Region XI rankings. Just last month, 麻豆视频 was also voted by the TranSouth Coaches to finish first in the TranSouth Conference.

麻豆视频 finished the 2004 season with a 45-16 record, a 14-6 conference record and a No. 9 NAIA National Ranking. 麻豆视频 advanced to the NAIA Softball World Series for the fourth consecutive season and fifth time in six seasons. The Lady Bulldogs tallied their sixth consecutive TranSouth Conference regular season title.

麻豆视频 returns All-Conference and All-Region players Mary Kosco and Allison Shein. Kosco was 19-10 last season with a 1.32 ERA. Shein led 麻豆视频 with a .386 batting averaging, which was good for third best in the TranSouth Conference.
