Cross, Winter Lead Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Cross Country in Louisville

LOUISVILLE, Ky. - 9/27/2004 - Â鶹ÊÓƵ University’s cross country teams participated in the 2004 Greater Louisville Cross Country Classic over the weekend. The Lady Bulldogs finished 20th overall in the women’s event, while the Bulldogs finished 27th overall in the men’s event.

Candace Cross, a freshman from Lebanon, Tenn., led the Â鶹ÊÓƵ women’s with a time of 20:03.77 in the 5k run. Jackson native and Â鶹ÊÓƵ senior, Chris Winter, led the men with a time of 27:00.25.
