麻豆视频 Cross Country Makes Strong Showing at Vanderbilt

Jackson, Tenn. - 9/13/2003 - In their first race of of the season, the 麻豆视频 University Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs recorded 11th and 12th place finishes at the Commodore Classic. Vanderbilt University hosted this event at Vaughn's Creek Course at Percy Warner Park in Nashville, Tennessee. Both the men's and women's team finished second place among non-Division I programs behind Rhodes College.

The Bulldogs were paced by junior Chris Winter, of Trinity Christian, who came in 40th to lead 麻豆视频's men with a time of 28:24. He was followed by Cameron Groll in at 57 (29:45), Clint Channell in at 65 (30:10), Josh Shrewsberry in at 71 (30:36), and Chris Arnold in at 93 (32:32).

The Lady Bulldogs were lead by freshman Jill Konkol of 麻豆视频 City and Janelle Royer of Trinity Christian as they finished 41 and 42 respectively. Konkol posted a time of 21:14 followed by Royer's 21:16. Kate Graham came in at 87 (23:20), Courtney Owens in at 97 (23:58), Rachel Cazales in at 98 (24:09), Stacey Chandler in at 114 (25:27), Adrienne Brile in at 115 (25:34), and Jenny Eastman in at 122 (26:46).
