麻豆视频鈥檚 Grimm becomes first Capital One All-American selection

TOWSON, Md. - 6/4/2012 - 麻豆视频 University senior has been selected as to the . Grimm becomes the first athlete from 麻豆视频 University to be selected to one of the Capital One Academic All-America teams. The Capital One Academic All-America庐 College Division Baseball Team is selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA).

Grimm, a senior shortstop and former University School of Jackson standout, helped lead 麻豆视频 to their second straight TranSouth Tournament title. Grimm has led 麻豆视频 to three tournament titles in four seasons at 麻豆视频 and as helped his team advance to four straight NAIA National Championships Opening Round. He has been a four-year starter and was recently named first team all-conference and a Rawlings Gold Glove winner for the third straight season. Grimm adds this honor to his TranSouth Scholar Athlete, Capital One Academic All-District and NAIA Scholar Athlete awards.
