Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Baseball Adds Second JUCO Transfer of the Week

Jackson, Tenn. - 8/19/2003 - Memphis, Tennessee native, , has signed to play his final three seasons with the Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University Bulldog baseball team. Jackson is transferring to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ from Paris Junior College in Paris, Texas. He will start classes at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ this fall as a sophomore.

During his freshman season at Paris Junior College, Jackson hit .290 and played second base. He also spent this past summer playing for Dulins Sports Academy in Memphis and hit .359 in the 19-and-older summer league. Jackson, a 5-foot-9, 165 lb. infielder, played his high school baseball at Evangelical Christian School in Cordova, Tennessee. As a junior, he helped lead ECS to a conference championship. As a senior in high school, Jackson hit .325 while being named All-Conference and All-Region.
