麻豆视频鈥檚 Lane named TranSouth Player of the Week

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - 2/28/2012 - 麻豆视频 University鈥檚 earned the TranSouth Conference Men鈥檚 Basketball Player of the Week honor for the week ending February 26, 2012. This was the first such honor for Lane on the season.

Lane, a 6-foot-1 senior guard from Akron, Ohio, helped 麻豆视频 to a 104-56 win over Trevecca Nazarene in the final regular season game of the year. He posted 27 points in the win to lead 麻豆视频 in their second highest point output of the season. Lane also added eight rebounds, four assists and a steal. He shot 53 percent from the field, including 5-of-8 from 3-point range, and was 2-of-2 from the free throw line.

麻豆视频 finished the TranSouth Regular Season in a four-way tie for second place, and will be the No. 4 seed in the conference tournament.
