麻豆视频 men back in top-25, women remain No. 3

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - 1/24/2012 - The 麻豆视频 University men鈥檚 basketball team returned to the NAIA Top-25 at the No. 25 spot in the latest NAIA polls. 麻豆视频鈥檚 women remain in the No. 3 spot for the second straight week.

The 麻豆视频 men return to the top-25 for the first time this season since a No. 22 ranking in the preseason polls. 麻豆视频 was not ranked in the three following polls, but did earn a place in the receiving votes category last week. 麻豆视频 has won five straight games overall and nine of their last 11. 麻豆视频 has climbed to the top of the TranSouth standings with a 6-1 mark, one-half game ahead of Martin Methodist (5-1). 麻豆视频 is 13-7 on the season. Up next for 麻豆视频鈥檚 men will be a home game Thursday at 8:00 p.m. versus Trevecca Nazarene.

The 麻豆视频 women have won three straight games and are 19-2 on the season. The only two losses have come away from home to the No. 1 and No. 2 ranked teams. 麻豆视频 is second in the TranSouth with a 6-1 record, behind leader Freed-Hardeman (6-0). 麻豆视频 has won 33 straight home games, a streak that will be put on the line Thursday night when they host Trevecca Nazarene at 6:00 p.m.
