麻豆视频 women鈥檚 basketball holds No. 2 ranking in latest poll

KANSAS CITY, Mo. - 12/6/2011 - The 麻豆视频 University women鈥檚 basketball team held on to their No. 2 ranking in the first poll of the season. 麻豆视频 was No. 2 in the preseason poll released in late October.

麻豆视频鈥檚 only loss on the season came on a neutral floor in Oklahoma to the new No. 1, Oklahoma City University. Oklahoma City and defending champion Azusa Pacific (Calif.) switched places in the poll right above and below 麻豆视频 at No. 1 and No. 3.

麻豆视频, currently 10-1 on the season, is 3-1 versus teams ranked in the current top-25. 麻豆视频 is also 2-0 against teams currently receiving votes in the latest poll.

麻豆视频 has two tough games remaining before the Christmas break as the Lady Bulldogs will host No. 9 Lee (Tenn.) Saturday, December 10 at 2:00 p.m. and Evangel (Mo.) Wednesday, Dec. 14 at 4:00 p.m.
