麻豆视频 Signs Millington Golfer

Jackson, Tenn. - 5/29/2003 - The 麻豆视频 University golf team has added Chase Whitby to their 2003-04 roster. Whitby is from Millington, Tennessee and played his high school golf at Millington Central High School. Whitby will enter 麻豆视频 this fall as a freshman.

While at Millington Central, Whitby played four seasons of golf. He served as team captain as both a junior and senior. Whitby earned numerous honors for his golf performances during high school. He was named MVP as a sophomore, junior, and senior. Whitby also was named to the all-metro golf team and led his team to the Tennessee state championships this past spring.

Whitby will join at 麻豆视频 team that graduated two seniors this year, but has an experienced group of underclassmen returning. The Bulldogs hope in improve on this season鈥檚 TranSouth Conference runner-up finish and earn an appearance in the NAIA National Tournament.
