麻豆视频鈥檚 Martin, Bett earn runners of the week

JACKSON, Tenn. - 10/24/2011 - 麻豆视频 University鈥檚 and have been named the TranSouth Conference Runners of the Week for the week ending October 23, 2011.

Allison Martin, a 5-foot-6 sophomore from Montrose, Colo., has been selected as this week's TranSouth Women's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Martin finished fourth in the St. Louis Fall Classic this week with a time of 19:02. She helped lead the 麻豆视频 team to a second place finish in the 5K event, featuring 13 teams and 100 runners.

Alex Bett, a 5-foot-9 senior from Kenya, has been selected as this week's TranSouth Men's Cross Country Runner of the Week. Bett finished fifth in the St. Louis Fall Classic this week with a time of 25:53. He helped lead the 麻豆视频 team to a third place finish in the 8K event, featuring 12 teams and 89 runners.
