麻豆视频 men鈥檚 soccer falls at Christian Brothers 1-0

JACKSON, Tenn. - 9/7/2011 - The 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University men鈥檚 soccer team had their losing skid extended to three matches on Tuesday with a 1-0 loss at Christian Brothers (Tenn.) University. 麻豆视频 dropped to 1-4 on the season, while Christian Brothers improved to 1-1.

The two teams played a scoreless first half. 麻豆视频 outshot Christian Brothers 8-4 in the first 45 minutes. However, just 36 seconds into the second half, Christian Brothers scored the game winning goal on a shot from Jose Ferraz. 麻豆视频 outshot Christian Brothers 16-12 in the match, including 4-2 in shots on goal.

麻豆视频鈥檚 James Landham allowed just the one goal with one save in the match. Jaime Garcia recorded four saves in the shutout for Christian Brothers.

Up next for 麻豆视频 will be another tough road contest as the Bulldogs travel to Missouri Baptist on Saturday, September 10.
