Arkansas state champion signs with Â鶹ÊÓƵ cross country

JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/26/2011 - The Â鶹ÊÓƵ (Tenn.) University men’s cross country team has signed to a scholarship. Peiser will enter Â鶹ÊÓƵ this fall as a freshman and will major in applied linguistics.

Â鶹ÊÓƵ head coach Gary Johnson says, "We are excited to add a student-athlete the caliber of Lucas to our men's program. Lucas has been coached by an All-American runner from the University of Arkansas and is the defending Arkansas State High School champion. Lucas should compete for one of our top positions as a freshman. Lucas comes from a strong Christian family and an outstanding high school at Shiloh Christian. Lucas will make great contributions to the university and the cross country program."
