麻豆视频鈥檚 McAdams named TranSouth player of the week

JACKSON, Tenn. - 3/7/2011 - of 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University has been named the TranSouth Conference Baseball Player of the Week for the week ending March 6, 2011.

McAdams, a 6-foot sophomore from Huntingdon, Tenn. helped 麻豆视频 to a 5-0 week, including a three-game conference sweep at Blue Mountain (Miss.). McAdams hit .692 (9-13) on the week with nine RBI, three doubles and seven runs scored. McAdams recorded at least one hit in all five games and had at least one RBI in four of the five games. He added three walks and a stolen base, while slugging 0.923 on the week.

麻豆视频 is No. 16 in the NAIA and is 15-2 overall and 3-0 in the TranSouth. The Bulldogs play again on Tuesday morning in a game at 11:00 a.m. versus MacMurray (Ill.) College.
