麻豆视频 golf signs Kentucky standout

JACKSON, Tenn. - 1/11/2011 - The 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University golf team signed to a golf scholarship. Knight will enter 麻豆视频 in the fall of 2011 as a freshman and will major in Business Administration.

Knight, at 6-foot and 170 lbs., prepped at Caldwell County (Ky.) High School where he played golf and tennis. He helped his team to the Kentucky 1A region title in 2009. In high school, Knight posted a 75 scoring average and had a two-year streak of no rounds without at least one birdie. Knight also helped lead his tennis team to the 2010 region title. Knight was a member of the National Honor Society and was named to the Kentucky Academic All-State first team.

Knight is the son of Paul and Susan Knight of Princeton, Ky. and is a member of Ogden Memorial United Methodist Church.
