麻豆视频 bows out of tournament in semifinal round

HENDERSON, Tenn. - 11/11/2010 - The 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University volleyball team dropped their last two matches of the 2010 TranSouth Conference Tournament to end their season. 麻豆视频 lost 3-1 (25-18, 25-20, 22-25, 25-21) to host Freed-Hardeman (Tenn.) in the winner's bracket final. 麻豆视频 then played Bethel (Tenn.) in the loser's bracket final on day three of the tournament and lost 3-1 (25-14, 20-25, 25-17, 25-21).

Earlier on day two of the tournament, 麻豆视频 knocked off Cumberland (Tenn.) 3-1 (22-25, 25-13, 25-21, 25-22) to advance to the winner's bracket final.

麻豆视频 cruised through the TranSouth Regular Season, winning their fourth title with a 13-1 league record. 麻豆视频 started the TranSouth Tournament with two quick wins, but then dropped two straight after being one of only three teams still alive.

麻豆视频 finished the season with a 24-9 record.
