麻豆视频 women鈥檚 soccer tops Webber International 2-0

JACKSON, Tenn. - 9/14/2010 - The 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University women鈥檚 soccer team posted a 2-0 victory over Webber International (Fla.) University. 麻豆视频 improved to 3-1 on the season, while Webber dropped to 1-3 overall.

麻豆视频 and Webber played to a scoreless tie through the first 45 minutes. In the first half, Webber outshot 麻豆视频 7-4, but neither could break through. In the second half, the momentum changed to 麻豆视频 as the Lady Bulldogs outshot Webber 9-4 in the final 45 minutes. 麻豆视频 scored the match鈥檚 first goal in the 68th minute on a shot from Whitney Kramer, assisted by Kelly Bogdanovich. 麻豆视频 added an insurance goal in the 89th minute. Rachel Boswell scored on an assist from Grace Boto.

Sarah White recorded eight saves in the match for 麻豆视频, while her counterpart Makenzie Vance recorded three saves.

Up next for 麻豆视频 will be their first conference match as they travel to Batesville, Ark. for a 1:00 p.m. match versus Lyon College.
