Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ women’s soccer signs Greenbrier standout

JACKSON, Tenn. - 6/17/2010 - The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ (Tenn.) University women’s soccer team has signed of Greenbrier, Tenn. to the roster for the fall of 2010. Suter will enter Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ this fall as a freshman and will major in mathematics. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ head coach Brandon Boylan says, "Carey is a quick forward that we look forward to working with over her career. We are excited to help develop her skills so that she may contribute to our success both on and off the field. Cary will fit in well with Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ and our soccer program."

Suter, a 5-foot forward, prepped at Greenbrier High School where she played four years of soccer. She was named team MVP and all-county in both her junior and senior seasons. Suter combined for four goals in her freshman and sophomore seasons, but exploded for 17 goals as a junior and 12 more as s senior.

Off the field, Suter was a member of the Beta Club and National Honor Society.

Suter is the daughter of Bryan and Tammy Suter of Greenbrier and are members of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
