麻豆视频 softball puts three on NAIA scholar athlete list

JACKSON, Tenn. - 5/26/2010 - The 麻豆视频 (Tenn.) University softball team boasted three players on the . Lindsay Landreneau, Ali Thomas and Candice Thompson were all listed among the top juniors and seniors in the country with at least a 3.5 GPA.

All three players are seniors for 麻豆视频 and helped lead the team to a 34-16 overall record. 麻豆视频 finished second in the TranSouth Conference with a 10-4 league record. 麻豆视频 also returned to the national rankings for the first time in four years with a No. 17 ranking.

Landreneau of Leesburg, Ga. and Ali Thomas of Pegram, Tenn. were also named to the TranSouth All-Conference list. Candice Thompson of Alamo, Tenn. and Landreneau were named NAIA scholar athletes as both juniors and seniors. All three players were named TranSouth Scholar Athletes.
