Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ men’s soccer signs Kentucky Standout

JACKSON, Tenn. - 2/8/2010 - The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University men’s soccer team has made their first signing for the fall of 2010 official with the addition of . Mills, a native of Henderson, Ky., will enter Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ this fall as a freshman.

Mills, a 5-foot-10 forward/mid-fielder, played four seasons of soccer at Henderson County (Ky.) High School where he started all four years. During his high school career Mills contributed 52 goals and 39 assists. He also posted 19-match stretch with at least one goal or one assist. He helped lead his high school soccer team to the Kentucky state tournament semifinals as a junior year.

Mills earned numerous honors in high school including being named all-district three times, all-region twice, all-region tournament and all-state. He also earned his team’s Best Offensive Player award. In addition to his high school play, Mills also played travel soccer for the Evansville Soccer Club.

Off the field, Mills was a member of the FBLA. He is the son of Robby and Vickie Mills of Henderson, Ky.
