Abakwue Leads 麻豆视频 to 124-49 win over Logan

St. Louis, MO - 12/13/2002 - Chima Abakwue led all scores with 32 points in a record setting night from behing the arc. Abakwue made 10 of 11 three-pointers to set a new 麻豆视频 record for threes made in a game. He and two others held the old record of nine in one game. 麻豆视频 also set a new team record for steals in a game with 24. The old record of 21 has stood since 1996.

Along with Abakwue, five other Bulldogs scored in double figures for the game. Will Harris tallied 22, Matt Trammell scored 18, Bruno Martinessi added 13, Matt Noah scored 12, and Jonathan Kee scored 11. 麻豆视频 shot 18 of 35 (.514) from behind the arc and 60% from the field in the game.

麻豆视频 led Logan 68-26 at the half. 麻豆视频 forced 32 Logan turnovers on the night. Leading 麻豆视频 in rebounds was Martinessi with 10 to complete his double-double. Xavier Tipler of Logan recored a double-double with 11 points and 12 rebounds. Brian England added 10 points for Logan.

麻豆视频 plays Sanford-Brown College on Saturday in St. Louis in the final day of the Missouri Baptist College Classic.
