麻豆视频 volleyball participating in Dig Pink Night on Oct. 13

JACKSON, Tenn. - 10/8/2009 - The 麻豆视频 University Lady Bulldog volleyball team will participate the nationwide Dig Pink promotion helping to bring awareness and raise funds for cancer. 麻豆视频 will host their Dig Pink night on Tuesday, October 13 at 7:00 p.m.

During the match, 麻豆视频 will be wearing pink uniforms to show their support for breast cancer awareness. Pink t-shirts will be sold that evening with money going to 麻豆视频鈥檚 Relay for Life team and the American Cancer Society. Donations will be accepted.

This marks the second season for 麻豆视频鈥檚 volleyball team to participate in cancer awareness. Other 麻豆视频 sports have also participated in cancer awareness events in recent years and are making plans for their participation this season. 麻豆视频 athletics has also sponsored the pink jersey auction night for the West Tenn Diamond Jaxx in each of the past three seasons.
