麻豆视频鈥檚 Pla named TranSouth women鈥檚 soccer defensive player of the week

BATESVILLE, Ark. - 9/29/2009 - Senior goalie Laura Play has been named the TranSouth Conference defensive Player of the Week for the week ending September 27.

Pla, a native of Nashville, Tenn., allowed just one goal in 200 minutes of play during a 1-0-1 week for 麻豆视频. Pla saved eight shots on goal in a 1-1 double-overtime tie with Lyon and earned a shutout with five saves in a 2-0 victory over Asbury College.

麻豆视频 is now 5-4-1 on the season and 0-0-1 in the TranSouth.
