麻豆视频 Wins NCCAA MidEast Region Championship in Dramatic Fashion

Jackson, Tenn. - 11/16/2002 - 麻豆视频 extended their season with 2-1 OT victory over Asbury College to earn the Bulldogs the NCCAA MidEast Region Championship.

Asbury took the early lead with a goal in the first half. The 1-0 score stood until late in the game. With 18 seconds remaining, 麻豆视频's Christopher Anthony, a former JCM standout, scored a goal to tie the game and send it to overtime. That was the boost that the Bulldogs needed as they won on a goal early in overtime by Clovis Simas to gain the 2-1 win.

麻豆视频 will now play in the NCCAA National Tournament in Kissimmee, Florida on November 22-26. This will be the second trip to the NCCAA Nationals in three seasons for the Bulldogs.
