JACKSON, Tenn. - 1/19/2009 - The Lady Bulldogs of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University remained No. 1 in the latest NAIA rankings, after receiving all 12 first-place votes. After going 2-1 on the week, the Bulldogs fell five spots in their respective NAIA National Poll to settle in at No. 10.
The Lady Bulldogs posted a perfect 2-0 week to move to 17-1 overall, with a 5-0 record in TranSouth Conference play. The Lady Bulldogs next contest is slated for Monday, January 19. The game will tip off at 6 pm against conference foe Blue Mountain (Miss.) College at Fred DeLay Gymnasium.
The Bulldogs of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ University went 2-1 on the week, suffering their first loss after rattling off six straight victories. The Bulldogs are now 14-4 on the year, with a 4-1 mark in league play. The Bulldogs will also play host to Blue Mountain (Miss.) College on Monday, January 19 at Fred DeLay Gymnasium. Their game is set to begin at 8 pm, following the women's game.
