Annual Casey Jones Village Soccer Classic Features Great Talent

Jackson, Tenn. - 9/19/2002 - This year鈥檚 Casey Jones Village Soccer Classic hosted by 麻豆视频 University is set to be a great tournament. 麻豆视频 comes in ranked No. 4 team in the NAIA Region XI standings. Mid-Continent College of Mayfield, Kentucky is ranked No. 4 in the NAIA Top 25. William Carey College of Hattiesburg, Mississippi is ranked No. 7 in the NAIA Top 25 and Ouachita Baptist University is a competitive NCAA Div II school.

麻豆视频 is looking to improve on its No. 4 region ranking and break the NAIA Top 25 polls. This is a great opportunity as the Bulldogs will play Ouachita Baptist on Friday at 5:30 and will play No. 7 William Carey on Saturday at 6:30 p.m. Two wins in this tournament could give 麻豆视频 the boost they need as they enter a stretch of five straight TranSouth Conference games, the first of which is at Martin Methodist on September 25. Martin Methodist is the defending TranSouth regular season champions.
