麻豆视频 softball puts five players on all-conference list

JACKSON, Tenn. - 5/1/2008 - The 麻豆视频 University softball boasted five Lady Bulldogs on the (PDF). The post season awards were announced at the being played at 麻豆视频's Fesmire Field.

Make first team All-Conference was seniors and , juniors and . Sophomore was named second team All-Conference.

麻豆视频 also had seven players to be named TranSouth Scholar Athletes. These are individual that are sophomore, junior, or seniors, with a 3.0 GPA or better. Candace Cross, Kristen Kirk, Albonetti, Blankenship, Brittany Burkett, Landreneau, and Candice Thompson each made the list.

麻豆视频 finished runner-up in the conference tournament which earned the Lady Bulldogs an automatic bid to the Region XI Tournament. This will be their 10th region tournament bid in the past 11 years.
