麻豆视频's Hansen Named TranSouth Baseball Player of the Week

JACKSON, Tenn. - 4/28/2008 - of 麻豆视频 University has been named the TranSouth Conference Player of the Week for the week ending April 28.

Hansen, a 6-foot sophomore second basemen from Lakeville, Minnesota, helped 麻豆视频 to a 3-1 week, including a sweep of Crichton College in the final conference series of the year. Hansen hit .800 on the week (12-15) with six runs, two doubles, three triples, and four RBI from the lead-off spot. He also recorded a stolen base and recorded a walk. He was 2-for-3 with a double in 麻豆视频 3-2 loss at NCAA DII North Alabama and was 10-for-12 in the series with Crichton. 麻豆视频 finished No. 3 in the final conference standings with league record of 13-7-1 and an overall record of 24-14-1.

麻豆视频 will be the No. 3 seed in this weeks TranSouth Conference Tournament in Millington, Tennessee at USA Stadium. 麻豆视频 was also No. 4 in this weeks, NAIA Region XI Rankings.
