University of Missouri Guard Transfers to Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ

 

Jackson, TN—Christa Millham, a 5-10 guard from Jackson, Missouri has transferred from the University of Missouri to play basketball for the Lady Bulldogs next season. She will come join Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ as a junior with two years of eligibility remaining. Millham played her high school basketball at Jackson High School in Missouri where she helped accumulate an 82-9 four-year record. In her career, Christa was a member of three consecutive state runner-up teams as well as being selected to the All-State team.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s head basketball coach Mark Campbell states, "Christa will make an immediate impact at Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. She loves to compete, defend and win. She takes this attitude with her on the court and in the classroom. We are really excited about the ways she makes our team better on and off the floor."

Millham becomes the fifth played signed to play with Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ next year. She joins a very impressive list of players, which includes Monica Elliott of Memphis-Ridgeway, Jennifer Henson of Bradford, Marium Wandanda of Kenya, and a returning member of Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ’s 1998 NAIA Championship team, Ginger Bryant.
