Â鶹ÊÓƵ To Play Diamond Jaxx at Pringles Park
Jackson, TN—On Monday, April 2, the Bulldogs will play an
exhibition game against the at 2:05 PM. All
seating is General Admission and will be available at the gate on
April 2 only. The tickets will be $2 each and the Diamond Jaxx
will give all proceeds to the family of Bill Rasbach. Rassbach, a
loyal Diamond Jaxx season ticket holder, died in an auto accident
last month.
Andy Rushing, Â鶹ÊÓƵ’s Head Baseball coach says, "It’s
not a chance many college kids get. I’m not sure what will
happen, but we’ll be up for it." This will be the first
time Â鶹ÊÓƵ has played an exhibition since 1970 when the Bulldogs
played the Baltimore Orioles. Baltimore won the game 1-0 off a
Boog Powell homerun.
