Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Carroll prepped at Hardin County High School where he lettered four years in golf. As a senior in 2007, he boasted the Best Average and was nominated for the Don Price Award. Carroll's sophomore year saw him earn the Most Improved award. His best scoring year came as a senior when he posted a 36.0 average. Off the course, Carroll has been successful as well. In the BPA Entrepreneurship Competition, he won at both the state and local levels and participated in New York at the national level, representing Tennessee.
