The Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Lady Bulldogs outscored Lee by 28 points in the second half to defeat the Lady Flames 91-56. Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ improved to 28-2 overall and 13-1 in TranSouth play. Lee falls to 9-18 overall and 3-1 in the conference.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ led 41-34 at the half and had to overcome serious foul trouble as four players had at least three fouls in the first twenty minutes of play. The second half was all Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ as they outscored Lee 50-22 in the final half to take the win and remain atop the TranSouth standings.
Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ was led by their two seniors on the afternoon. Allison Harrison scored a game-high 27 points and Tashekia Brown added 20 points for the only two players in double figures for the Lady Bulldogs. All but two players scored in the game for Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Brown led with nine rebounds. Lee was paced by Courtney Hindman with 15 points. Holly Hamilton and Stacey Moss added 10 points apiece. Hamilton completed a double-double with 10 rebounds in the game.
