Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Baker transferred to Â鶹ÊÓƵ from Dyersburg State Community College where he played two seasons of baseball. He was named a first team all-conference performer as a sophomore while hitting .358 with nine home runs. Baker added 12 home runs and hit .360 as a freshman. Baker prepped at Westview High School in Martin where he played four seasons of baseball.
