Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Davis comes to Â鶹ÊÓƵ from Dyersburg State Community College where he played two seasons of baseball. He was also named to the Dean's List there. Davis prepped at Dyer County High School where he played three years of baseball. As a junior, Davis was named District Tournament MVP and as a senior was named District MVP. Davis recorded 125 strikeouts during his senior season.
