Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Clint prepped at Munford HS where he helped lead his team to district, region, and sub-state championships in 2002 and 2003. His team finished runner-up in state in 2003. He was named All-District in 2001, All-District, All-Region, All-State and nominated for Best of Preps in his junior and senior seasons (2002 and 2003). As a junior, Clint went 10-1 with a 0.76 ERA, 110 strikeouts, and he hit .310. In his senior year, he went 10-3 with a 1.47 ERA, 126 strikeouts, and he hit .389.
