Coach’s Comments. Andrew adds depth at first base, although he must improve defensively to play everyday. He is a left-handed hitter that has a good approach at the plate. Andrew will get quality at-bats early and has a chance to be an everyday designated hitter.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ Career. 2005...hit .238 in 101 at bats while playing in 41 games...tallied five doubles and 19 RBI..
Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ: Maddox joins Â鶹ÊÓƵ from Huntingdon HS were he played baseball for former Â鶹ÊÓƵ Bulldog Alan Eubanks. Maddox was also a member of the Mustang Football team that won the 2003 State Championship. He was a three-time baseball all-district and was named a football All-Region player in 2003.
