Coach’s Comments. Brian will likely red-shirt this season. He is a team guy that works extremly hard. Brian will be a very successful pitcher on next year’s staff.

Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ Career. 2005...First Bulldog Season.

Before Âé¶¹ÊÓÆµ. Lea is a transfer from Christian Brothers University where he spent his freshman season. He appeared in 15 games with an ERA around 5.00 and 12 strikeouts. He red-shirted his second season due to Tommy John Sugery. He was named to the Gulf South Conference honor roll in both seasons at CBU. Lea prepped at Evangelical Christian School were he played baseball and basketball. He helped lead his team to two state runner-ups in 2000 and 2001. He was named All-Region and All-Metro. Lea was a member of the Dulins team that finished 5th at the World Wood Bat Fall World Series. He tossed a Perfect Game during that series. Lea is a member of the National Honor Society and made the College Dean’s List two years at CBU.
