Coach’s Comments. Jason has battle injury over the past two
seasons but has put together a good career at Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Earned a starting job as
sophomore and hasn’t looked back.
Â鶹ÊÓƵ Career. 2002...hit. 279 in 61 at bats. 2003...hit
.325 with 11 doubles, 2 triples, and 4 homeruns...named all-conference. 2004...missed
the last half of the year with a broken arm...hit .415 with 10 doubles, 4
triples, 3 homeruns,and 29 RBI in 106 before his injury.
Before Â鶹ÊÓƵ. Played three sports at Munford including baseball,
football, and track...in his senior year at Munford, he hit .441 with five
homeruns and was 32 for 32 in stolen bases. Also played football at Munford
where he has the best quarterback record in school history...helped lead Munford
to the 1997 Region Championship and state runner-up.
